How are users counted?
Each active user with login access to LivPro counts toward your tier. Tier shifts happen automatically as you add or remove users.
What if we add or remove users mid-cycle?
Pro-rated automatically. Add or remove users at any time from your billing page. Adding users is charged straight away for the rest of the cycle; removing them gives a credit for the rest of the cycle, taken off your next bill.
Are all features included in every tier?
Yes. Tiers differ only by user count. Every tier gets the full LivPro feature set including step modals, Peer Tips, audit reports, analytics, PTAs, and the integrate-and-disseminate workflow.
What's the contract length and can we cancel?
Monthly or annual, cancel anytime. Annual billing pays for 10 months and runs for 12, saving you 17% versus the monthly rate.
Can we pay by invoice instead of credit card?
Yes for annual plans and Enterprise tier. Monthly plans default to card on file. Contact sales for net-30 or custom payment terms.
Do you offer non-profit or academic discounts?
Yes. Contact sales for tailored pricing for non-profit organisations and academic institutions.
